About
The North American F-86A-5 Sabre, sometimes called the Sabrejet, is a transonic jet fighter aircraft. Produced by North American Aviation, the Sabre is best known for its exploits in the Korean War facing the Soviet MiG-15 in high-speed dogfights in the skies of the Korean peninsula, fighting in some of the earliest jet-to-jet battles in history.
Playstyle
Use as a boom-and-zoom fighter: climb to ~3,000 m, dive in fast, fire, then climb or dash away. Avoid prolonged turns—speed is life. Emphasize roll rate and altitude control over tight circles.
